Why not just buy the hardware and run this ourselves?
You could. But the hardware is the easy part — the work is everything around it: Spanish import and compliance, payment pre-authorization, refunds and bank reconciliation, bilingual on-site support, deployment logistics, and station rebalancing during the event. That's what most organizers ask us to run for them, in exchange for a share of the revenue. We carry the complexity; you keep the upside.
Does Mas Battery supply the staff?
Yes. Our team handles delivery, install, and on-site monitoring throughout the event — including rebalancing stations so charged banks are always available. It's zero staff hours from your team, ever. Support runs on WhatsApp in Spanish and English alongside the on-site crew.
What if an attendee loses a battery?
If an attendee loses a battery, the attendee pays for it, and your team never has to worry about it.
What languages do you support on site?
Our on-site team operates in Spanish and English, and WhatsApp support runs in both languages throughout the event.
Are the batteries Apple-certified?
Our stations and banks are CE-certified, UN38.3-compliant for transport, and RII-AEE registered in Spain — the certifications that operations and insurance teams actually need. Apple's MFi program is a separate consumer-electronics standard; we're on the roadmap to add MFi-spec cells for Tier-1 deployments in 2027.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests tap a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, take a charged bank, and return it to any station on site. No download, no signup, no account — nothing standing between them and a charge.
How long does install take?
We arrive ahead of gates, deliver and connect every station before the event opens, and lead a quick walkthrough with your production team. Typical installs are completed in a single day on site.
How much does it cost the festival/venue?
For festivals there's zero CAPEX — we supply, install, and run every station at our cost, and you share in the rental revenue. The exact structure (hourly, day-pass, or a custom mix) depends on your audience and event length, so we walk through the right setup and your numbers together on a 20-minute call.
